To ensure your meeting meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase and 220V single-phase electricity.

Hayes
Enjoy the Hayes room, an impressive 5,700 square feet, for smaller banquets or mid-sized receptions of up to 570. Ideal for small company meetings, the room can accommodate up to 300 in a theatre-style setup or 150 in a classroom arrangement.
McKinley
Slightly smaller crowds will appreciate the 3,300 square foot McKinley room, which can easily accommodate 220 for a banquet or 330 for a reception.
Garfield / Grant / Harding / Madison / Knox / Marion
The 1,000 to 1,270 square foot Harding rooms make ideal breakout spaces during larger events, and can easily accommodate coffee service, press rooms or registration areas. Seat 68 – 78 in classroom seating, or 18 to 20 for intimate boardroom discussions.
Harrison / Peppercorn
Each standing just over 2,000 square feet, the Harrison and Peppercorn rooms are the most popular for small receptions. Host 120 for a banquet or between 200 and 220 in a reception-style setup.
Franklin (A, B, C, D)
The second largest of our junior ballrooms, Franklin can be divided into as many as four sub areas, ideal for serving as dining areas or breakout spaces during a large event. When fully intact, accommodate up to 640 for a reception, or as few as 25 in a boardroom style setup when divided.
Delaware (A, B, C, D)
The smallest of our ballrooms, Delaware makes an ideal space for a small company meeting – use the entire space to host an initial banquet for up to 400, and then break into 100+ person classroom sections by job function for individual training sessions.
Union (A, B, C, D, E)
The largest of our junior ballrooms, the Union can be divided into as many as five smaller spaces. Host a banquet for between 90 and 520. Teach your sales team new lead generation techniques in a classroom-style setup for 114, or host a grand reception for up to 700. Whatever you need, the Union can accommodate.
Fayette
Host an intimate banquet or rehearsals dinner for 60 in the Fayette room. Allow 25 of your most promising VPs to tackle the company’s pressing issues in a boardroom-style setup, or indulge in a group discussion for 30 in a “hollow square” setup.
Fairfield
Screen a photo slideshow of the past year of your business during a banquet for 160 in our fully-equipped Fairfield meeting room. Topping the list at nearly 2,500 square feet, this impressive space boasts versatile setup formations to accommodate between 30 and 300.
Clark / Champaign
At just under 1,000 square feet each, the smallest of our individual meeting rooms make ideal spaces for press areas, setup rooms, or staff break areas. Accommodate 50 in round tables for ten or 20 to 25 in a U shape.
Morrow
Standing at just under 2,000 square feet, the Morrow room offers the privacy of a full meeting space and a slightly more roomy atmosphere than our junior ballroom breakout configurations. Entertain between 70 and 130 for a banquet or reception, or seat 85 for a classroom presentation.
Regency Ballroom
Our impressive Regency ballroom, accommodating up to 1,600 guests at a time, occupies nearly 16,000 square feet of space. Host a large-scale gala, or plan an impressive pre or post meeting reception.
Regency Balcony / Foyer
These additional function spaces may be used in conjunction with or separate from the Regency Ballroom and offer enticing pre and post function space with a unique outdoor component.
Nationwide (A&B)
Standing at 810 square feet each and located located on the first floor right off the lobby, these intimate rooms can seat 50 banquet style and are perfect for boardroom meetings.
